We are Bill and Linda Sutherland. We took over Exact Heated Storage in March of 2009 with the goal of transforming it into the premier storage facility in Ocean Shores. We are on-site owners and managers and are committed to providing you with the best storage solution possible.

We are invested in the community of Ocean Shores and believe in giving back. Our dedication was recognized when Exact Heated Storage was voted Business of the Month in November 2011 for the Ocean Shores/North Beach Chamber of Commerce.

We are also dedicated to the success of the Ocean Shores Razor Clam Festival that happens each Spring, through sponsorship and volunteering.
